Ask if they own real estate, and what the agents investors are currently doing in this shifting market. 

To take maximum advantage of you money in your market (especially with the possibility of upcoming market shifts) your best return would be to take your 200K and any other money you could pull out of your property and put it into a investment income fund or a REIT.

Turns out my tenants mother was in hospice dying and relatives were taking round the clock shifts with her, sleeping at my tenants house.
