Saving money is for amateurs or scaredy cats , I put it right up there with losing weight......all it does is make you miserable and remind you how screwed you are all the time..:)    

Outside of that, I'd just remind the other tenants to give you plenty of notice if they should decide to move out due to the new situational developments.

Reminds me of a time when I when I was doing retail originations and one of the girls in admin got an email that said it was from the FBI or something.  

I need to be reminded again of the basics of the property acquisition investment concept and how it works. 

Also, I'll often write a quick reminder of what I do or write something more specific on the card when I give it to someone that I've had a brief conversation with.

My Real Estate Agent is a nice, Lawyer, from Brazil who can't practice here, so, he becomes an Agent and continues to remind me of how Professional he is and how he has the Plan for Selling my properties that, I don't have, because I am not a Professional...Stop stepping on my feet and spitting in my face and call me back when you have a Buyer.

I said that's not how it works but i can't force them to pay rent and reminded him his lease isn't up until end of July.Now because i received no rent for this month should i be serving them a N4 form/2 weeks notice for non payment.

The fact that I'm not familiar with Indianapolis reminded me of my first week in Brazil trying to ask where to find McDonalds... we're all humans but I don't know if I'm hearing português or some type of midwestern dialect.
