Also I’m getting the 5 year warranty and the guy at Lowe’s just told me if you don’t use if you can call the warranty company at the end of the 5 years and they’ll refund part of it.

Many companies out there who drill holes all over and can fill cavities with foam insulation and then just drywall work. 

Though, you may end up managing that person (or company) which I've also done in the past.
