Fortunately, living here all my life, I have a network of friends and family as potential renters as well as for referrals.

We haven't used these posts,  call the company that makes them and ask for a referral to someone who has. 

lol, just needed a place to mourn. lolnot emotionally attached but just need to go through the motions. that's 4wks of my life lost.the good is knowledge and experience and referrals and contacts gainedthe bad is nothing we can do, unreasonable seller. period.moving on....

Hey Kenos,I have my real estate license (in referral, I don't actively sell) and there are laws we have to follow in Michigan.We earn a percentage (usually 6%) that is divided among listing and selling real estate offices and then split again between real estate agents and their brokers, on the Sale of the property.In other words, real estate agents and brokers earn their commission at the closing table of the property sale.It is unlawful (here in Michigan for sure) to accept any sort of addition money or gifts, as a licensed agent or broker, other than the earned commission at the closing table.Example:  When I was actively selling as an agent, a Title Company representative would stop by our office and bring donuts or a party tray of snacks.  

You DO have to make the minimum payments, and if you don't pay off the entire balance before the promotional period ends, you will be charged the entire amount of interest for the entire life of the loan starting at day one.This is a great way to earn extras life travel benefits, but only if you can pay off the charges every month.

The only agents who will do that are ones that do not value their time, and that is because their time is not valuable.I always recommend people get a referral to an agent.

Any help, advice, referral will be met with compensation upon successful entitlement.

I'm starting up a wireless internet provider company and I'm thinking about partnering with building owners to get access to their facilities and tenants.The idea is that the building owner is in a great position to help promote my services and I can provide them with a new revenue stream.The benefit to the building owner is new monthly revenue increasing their NOI.The benefit to their tenants is significantly better internet service.The benefit to my company is lower customer acquisition costs and having someone else help push tenants towards my service.I'm new to the real estate industry and looking to understand the following:- Is this type of partnership currently being done for Internet or other tenant services?

I was seeking any feedback or advice regarding promoting, marketing and different ways to close this listing successfully.

Daniel,  I know your trying to promote what you do or what you sell... by laying out this case study for all.. and you have tried to justify it..
