Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Found on Roofstock, researched agents and connected; researched lenders and connected; then just put it all together.

I'm concerned there might be rules from the lender that could stifle our future growth.

I might also be looking for an end buyer, private money, or partner for this deal depending how the numbers shake out. 

He put out a video and says that the purpose of his community is not for him to train investors, but it's to bring in small lenders who train each other and use each other's money to do deals.

Is he being overly cautious or is this something that could potentially alert the lender?

Hey guys, look forward to meeting everyone and possibly being able to meet up with a private lender with interest rates so high I’m considering doing Private Lending on my next property in 2025  I’m also interested in just meeting up with other real estate investors in the Warren Ohio region the app would not let me select that City but that’s where I’m at if anyone is out here in that area Holland Ohio Warren Ohio region.

Lenders will most likely require all these docs.
