Hi Account Closed is clearly an authority on the San Jose rental market on this site, so I would definitely take note of his posts on the subject.

I am getting out of my 500$/month car for a cash car, which should lower my insurance also(310$).Part of me wants to get a cheap piece of land to live on in a decked-out container in between the areas of the markets posted below.
