I attended a CHA Owners Briefing the other day, and have to say I was pleasantly surprised at what I heard.

I guess that I was in such shock, I just wanted to clean up the mess and focus on my next guest.

It's sad that is not self-evident.A real friend will tell you the truth, even if it's not pleasant to hear,but I feel I never go the opportunity yea or nayOh Well...  

Those figures will necessarily increase if you hold the buildings.That you can pull close to $4k in rents per month is just shocking to me.

I sincerely apologize for the misinterpretation and any frustrations I may have caused you or anyone else.My biggest recommendation to the Gentleman asking the initial question, would be to take a referall from someone he knows and trusts (which in a way, is what he is asking for here) of someone who is Pleasant, Patient, Competent, and a Good person to those around him/her.

Considering the temperature for the month, I was actually shocked it wasn't much worse.Still, its always tough when a tenant says they have no heat and its zero degrees out.

I'm glad to hear it's somewhat normal, although it completely shocks me ... guess I have to toughen up my skin a little :)

My listings did get a lot of traffic so I was pleasantly surprised in that regard.
