I’m so eager and excited to learn and then start doing it. 

The fact he is doing it himself and he needs $5,000 from you to get the deal done tells me he is not much of a player and is quite amateurish.

The ones that get me are the flippers on tv who buy a house for $1M and are so excited because they expect a profit of $50K.

It is exciting to see so many successful BRRRRs in Columbus.
