Sounds like a good deal if the rents are for real AND the area is desirable (C in the midst of A sounds like the donut hole - people don't want that, they want the donut).EDIT:Also, make certain this is truly a quad by zoning and permitting, and not some building with fewer units that was then illegally converted to more units.

Have you tried just calling them and saying "hey, two gallons would have been an extra $7 (or whatever) and would have saved me $37, can't you just charge me for 150 and give me the cheaper price?"
