If you plan on doing business in many provinces in Canada I suggest incorporating federally (you can do it online through the corporations Canada website for $220 including your NUANS search) and then registering in each province.

So if you are purchasing a house for $100,000 and it appraises for $110,000 and you mortgage $100,000 than that is a 100% loan but you already have almost 10% equity built in. 100% loans are great tools with the right property.
