After college I joined a Management consulting firm that has allowed me to develop great skills and travel across the world.I have always been really interested in Real Estate and I am in the process of obtaining my RE license on the side. 

There's definitley a wealth of knowledge to be obtained from this site that'll help reduce some of the nervousness.

So, I'm finally making the move this summer after getting my teaching certification and some experience and securing a job (somewhere in Denver, hopefully west in the Lakewood area).I'm interested in buying shortly after I get to the area this summer.

Has anyone used a program called RecordEASE for obtaining property records?

I am only on installment 4 here on BP.Another thing to keep in mind is that with some programs, if you want more than $1MM/$2MM in liability, it is easy to bump your underline liability limit to $2MM/$4MM and not even obtain umbrella coverage. 

The issue again is the prearranged quit claim deed as a deed in lieu of foreclosure having to be agreed to in order to obtain the financing. 3.

Any balloon needs to be after you can obtain at least 25% equity.

If i obtain my real estate license will i still be able to do wholesaling? 

The Human in us desires a Coach, Teacher, Mentor, Partner or Instructor to validate the information being received within the material, to be able to then bounce the information off of others with related knowledge (BP can assist with this aspect for sure) and finally to be held accountable to turn that information into action which should result in positive growth (and even higher income/profits as related to a career or business venture).Now I know, everyone can see or not see value in investing money to obtain a foundation or even an advanced knowledge taught by practicing professional instructors in the area related to the information sought, but why don't we complain about those same investments into an Accredited College for a paper degree which is suppose to have you prepared for the "Real World" experiences that come afterwards and sometimes fall short?
