I want to split the money into multiple properties mostly higher cash flow and some in areas that have good appreciation (Austin, Houston).     

I find there's always a gold nuggets of information in each one and I go back to listen to a number of them multiple times.

tenant was served multiple notices (3-day, 10-day and 20 day....too much detail to bother with here), eviction papers are filed with court and we were waiting for tenant to be served.  

I have sought to get loans in one country to purchase in another but it is very difficult to get aproval for such projects without security in the country of the loan.Any thoughts on leverage regarding investing in multiple countries?

im right there will @Alex Chin i think there is a great potential for Bremerton with inventory issues in the Seattle area and more people buying the new downtown complexes, i personally know of multiple buyers waiting to get into the BLDG 400 because of the closeness and another client wanting a nice little tiny house for 200k which is awesome for most places in america for a home that you could pick up for 60k it just has got to be close to the ferry and rehab.

Increased that work , lost work, had prices cut, you name it, it was a struggle to say the least, However the past two years I was able to partner with another contracting company and together weve grown, we have multiple crews at our disposal, an in house licensed electrician, plumber and hvac guy, concrete finishers, carpenters, general laborers an in house realtor etc.

I checked the mls and the listing agent says there are many multiple offers already in.
