People of our kind set ourselves under enough pressure as it is. 

If it sells, cool, if nto, whatever -- it's a rental property.Since I had no time pressure to sell, the properties I did sell were at enough to make it worth giving them (and the rental income) up.I moved into doing the same thing with apartments.  

I want to be able to check things and make sure I'm not buying a property that has 3 mortgages being attached to it and I'm 200k upside down in it.Do properties really go that fast or is that some kind of high pressure sales technique to separate me from my money?

It’s been my experience that peer pressure to pay bills from his/her roommates will work 1000x more than anything that the landlord says. 

Over the last couple of years I have seen massive upward pressure on Multi-family units by investors which has pretty much pushed returns way down.

The seller is asking $80,000.The carpets are old, the lead paint is peeling, the mold is taking over the bathrooms, the main boiler and radiator plumbing needs to be removed but has already been replaced by electrical baseboard and wall mounted radiators.

Sorry for all of the questions, please just be careful not to over-leverage as not all women can handle the feelings of insecurity and this could put tons of pressure on you guys.
