If it sells, cool, if nto, whatever -- it's a rental property.Since I had no time pressure to sell, the properties I did sell were at enough to make it worth giving them (and the rental income) up.I moved into doing the same thing with apartments.

The seller is asking $80,000.The carpets are old, the lead paint is peeling, the mold is taking over the bathrooms, the main boiler and radiator plumbing needs to be removed but has already been replaced by electrical baseboard and wall mounted radiators.
