Good morning everyone,  I just sold my first house hack last week for a 29k profit, which is about a year's salary for me currently. 

So it's generally not possible for there to be a public, 3rd party service that truly tracks them all (like a Morning-Star for mutual funds, for example).Instead, many investors just track themselves (because they watch the available offerings as they come up).

His comment was that I was right, that everyone's philosophy in life is different and it all boils down to whatever floats your boat or whatever makes you happy or whatever motivates you to get up in the morning and continue on with life.If real estate is that then keep doing what you are doing.

But any morning at the town bldg inspectors office can be a 2 hour waste of time as you go from one inspections office to the next.

PenFed Credit Union also does (I just got off the phone with them this morning).
