Yes , I would agree that it signifies folks who can not save for a home down payment, making renters, but on the other hand- transmission goes on vehicle, medical bill and untold other daily happenings makes for late or no rent. yes/no.

I am not currently in a position to use my own credit to acquire funds to start (currently have too much consumer debt, along with student loans and building our own home to be completed in June), so I am not sure exactly what type of business plan to establish.

I have established a good relation with a bank located downtown in Miami Florida since I opened an account years back and my father is an investor himself.I will certainly start watching those webinars here at biggerpockets to get more details, but I am more appreciated hearing peoples experiences and points of view about the areas I have mentioned above regarding population growth and cash flow properties in those places.I am really happy to hear your feedback and will be following for some more.

Here's my story: I'm new to the real estate game- just establishing my funding and obsessively farming an area in my city that I KNOW is going to kill it in the next 5 years.My strategy is buy and hold, with my first property being being a house hack, and my plan is to move into a place that isn't turn key- something I can build up myself (I'm young and able bodied, and I wanna do it) or with the help of some light contracting.I ran in to two potential flippers walking through the same property.
