The best strategy for you will really come down to your individual risk comfort level.Whatever path you go with, though, treat the businesses religiously . . . attend to them in every way as separate businesses if they are separate and you'll hopefully uphold the purpose of an LLC with operating as a business in earnest.

Their purpose is to accept service of process or legal notices on behalf of your business.If you're not comfortable listing your personal physical address as your business address. 

If it is off-market, and you feel comfortable knowing the market...ok sure.On the sell side...I can't imagine why you'd use a Realtor unless you are just looking for expensive admin help. 

I will say hello, but have noticed trying to really build relationships with neighbors can be tricky because it makes them feel more comfortable to do things you may not want,  i.e. move your trash bins.

Seems they have gotten comfortable playing the blame game on each other as a distraction instead of creating solutions.

Also, our insurance was cheaper since the HOA carries insurance on the building itself.Now, are we maximizing return on our money? 

You have endless options of where to house hack and can make the numbers work in almost every market, depending on your comfort levels.

It has probably been addressed here (I didn’t read the entire thread) but the cases of Airbnb not covering damage and insurance companies not covering etc just aren’t in my comfort zone as well.
