Tenant Bought Refrigerator & wants me to move mine out
12 June 2019 | 53 replies
Well for the people that are all worked up about damages moving a fridge.....better not let them move a bed....dresser....couch or any other decent sized piece of furniture.... they can ALL damage walls and doorways moving that stuff in/out...... you had better supply all of that and forbid it to be moved...... ridiculous.....If you store it, I would highly recommend you require it to be plugged in... you can leave it on its lowest setting ..... refrig appliance do not like to sit for long periods without functioning...... bad for the components

Appraisal on +5 units
31 August 2019 | 7 replies
The appraisal will have all the info on it as far as NOI, but it is up to the lender to decide how seriously they will take that number. Some lenders require it to big double the mortgage payment at least, others require it to be occupied, while if you have reserves for a couple months, they don't care. What you mainly want to look for is what lender the borrower is using or if you're getting an appraisal for yourself to just ask upfront.Hope this helps, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
