As for "business email" providers, one ghetto fabulous free way to do it is to create an account on GoDaddy and then have all mail forwarded to gmail.You can then set your gmail to send *from* that biz address (name at yourdomain.com).  

As for the liens - when you receive your Foreclosure Deed and file it at the courthouse ( do not mail it - trust me) - it wipes out all junior liens except: IRS, State of Georgia taxes and F.I.F.A liens.
