If they both don’t have legal power of attorneys and their health deteriorates the management of the property could be in limbo. 

@James WiseHaving assisted with almost 80 of these properties and having spoken to the other PM's that also helped with many of these properties, there is no shortage evictions, squatters, theft, Health and Hospital violations, etc.

While it doesn't have industry, it has the best Hospital in America (Cleveland Clinic), a new Amazon Center is being built there, an up and coming food and beer scene (two of the top 50 breweries in the world are in CLE), and loads of other scenes (art, music, etc) that gives the sense that Cleveland is doing what Pittsburgh did and is making a come back.

The owner has had some health issues and has let the place get rundown in general but also by tenants. 

My concern is for potential health risks down the road. 

I'm sure it can be proven to have health implications over time if breathed in constantly, but it's not like asbestos, and even that is overblown in our society.

Months after suit was filed I learned my strange health woes have been caused by mold, not disclosed by seller/owner of home, real estate company (only principal)/broker.  

The guy went from 50-90 in a short period of time .. makes me wonder about his health situation
