If you bought and rehabbed all cash (i.e. didn't take out a loan) you can use the "delayed financing exception" to refinance sooner than 6 months.

So my advice would be to see a police officer who specialises in drug related crime and tell him all you know, and hope that they can do something sooner rather than later.
