I'd love to get people's thoughts if anyone is interested in taking a look?

I know many people believe they've been doing this so long there's nothing to it, but in my opinion, based on years of fixing title problems caused by errors in searches and title exams, nothing could be further from the truth. 

I didn't think people would know where that is! 

The health care traveler market has fallen off and more people are getting into it.

You will meet people in your area that you can potentially partner with.

Write it off, because collections are only successful about 30% of the time and that's usually against people with decent credit scores. 

There are still plenty of people making money on investments in CA.

Attend meetups and meet as many people in RE as you can.

Without that you can be sued personally for any issue within it on your str.Its much harder for people to pierce the corporate vail and sue you personally if your property is owned and managed in a LLC .Financing is one of the only drawbacks as it is a commercial process and banks usually like to see 3 years of a decent tax return.We have 19 properties and all are in an LLC and in fact we only hold 2-4 properties in each LLC (all are owned by one parent company and done in one flow through parent company)to even further shield the liability that may/can occur on a property.There is no doubt you are exposed to higher risk on many fronts if an investment property is held personally.

Wondering if I should go with white or if there is another color that people are suggesting.Thank you in advance for your assistance,Karen
