FHA loans are meant for people with less than perfect credit. most lenders look for a rating of about 620. if you have a job that can cover the mortgage, work less than 80 miles from the house, have 3.5% for down payment you should be good.

What I meant is there are currently no roads into the land, but those could be built.

At the age of 12 years old my dad started bringing me to work every day I was not in school until the age of 24 years old, this was the best piece of parenting I could ever think of because by doing this my dad taught me what it meant to work hard and it gave me an invaluable skill set.I have always known real estate investing is what I have wanted to do but I was stuck in analysis paralysis.

I wasn't clear, but I meant that the pre-paid rent was accepted by the previous LL.

The courts are meant to make you whole, not give you a windfall.
