I would then get a 2nd and 3rd opinion for comparison and good old fashioned due diligence.I would also recommend that you speak with at least 2 property management firms to get a good feel for what your rental income should be and how long it would take to rent this property to a qualified tenant.

I got everything I needed, except a refrigerator side panel, but was able to find something that almost matched from the American Woodmark line. $2400 for a kitchen 15x20 kitchen with an island.

As far as how it's invested it's in American Funds 2040, I have it allocated as 40% Growth, 36% Growth & Income, 19% Equity-Income/Balanced and 5% Bonds.
