Just like many hi tech companies will never again see the valuations they had in March 2000, nor with the market for these stocks ever return the frenzy of the late 90's.Folks who bought houses or refied at the peak are going to have to suffer some pain.

I dont know whats going on but everyone is looking in the wrong place to fine foreclosed properties.Man I went through the same thing then found the servicer direct, will notplay in the auction or builder buyouts ever again.

I still own a couple of development lots near the University and will hold on to them for a bit since prices have dropped and costs have increased.I am also a fan of rentals, I currently have 3 that are performing well and I don't ever intend on letting them go.
