And when you own the property with your IRA, you won't be able to take any of the funds personally, it is all for benefit of the retirement plan.An option is to partner your IRA funds with your own personal funds, but that gets a little tricky and we would need a call to discuss the specifics.

I saw on 1 post that the bank usually offers the Listing to whomever has a higher BPO, but I would rather be Accurate, as opposed to complient.Any discussion on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
