The disclosure indicates that there were termites mitigated in 2013 and that the damage was minimal.

Two days later Paul signed and acknowledged our original seller's transfer disclosures.

I had mine for 1.5 years and it helped with MLS access but it became more of a hindrance because of all the guidelines regarding marketing to off market sellers and disclosures.

When you resell you will have to notify them of the termites in the disclosures.

@Ben Satterfield @Grant Rothenburger Full disclosure, I work with an asset protection organization, but I hear that "probably only worth it for big investors" rhetoric a lot, and I think LLC's are surprisingly affordable if you get the right services(comparable to insurance). 

Full disclosure i work there,  but i did just get a loan for 36k. 

The disclosures say that foundation repairs were made in 2016 under one of the duplex units, so I'm hoping they inspected the rest and took care of major issues then. 

Flat fee brokers are great (full disclosure I am one in California), however some of them try to sneak extra fees into the listing agreement.
