Make the small tweaks as you need to so you aren't unnecessarily paying too much, but I wouldn't radically change your business or where you are spending your attention just due to taxes.

Most of the time, deals pencil better with a regular DSCR loan for an acquisition than with a high-interest rate ARM on your primary.

Similar on the employee side...there is a very high demand for employees, and a relatively small supply of those willing to do the work.
