The first one satisfies the sale aspects; the second one satisfies the money and you getting paid aspects.

I'm comfortable transitioning to a new and different career because of my experience in home re-modeling, I've done most aspects of a flip within my own houses & both my parents & friends homes over the years.

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

I have a stack of leads in front of me and I generally can define deal or no deal... but since I have been learning more about owner financing, lease options, and other term type deals outside of my normal wholesaling deals it is becomming harder to say deal or no deal to some of them.Thanks again.
