•Make Beds: In case you are in a habit of leaving home each morning for work without having made your beds, you are in trouble.

Again, we feel we're being nickel and dimed to death.  

I used to rent a flat bed utility trailer, had a guy rent it and bend the frame because he overloaded it.

My family has always been quite clear about death plans in previous generations and I don’t see me being any different.

Craigslist is a hot bed of scammers so take precautions.

Some rooms are too small for even a king bed or dressers.- Large closets - walk in is even better- 2+ bathrooms - New carpet- Modern appearance (paint, flooring, light fixtures, etc)- Garage ideal but if not a garage then off street parking- Cleanliness and overall good repair.

These people just sucked up rent and depreciation while leaving absolutely nothing but a death trap good for pawning off on a gullible investor, or demolishing. 

It had a kitchen, bathroom, shower and a living room with a lofted space for a bed. 

Also, furnishing a room helps a ton, even if it's just a bed.

We have a property in Southeast Washington DC, that was originally a Duplex and it was converted to one big 5 bed 3 bath unit by the owner.
