I think BP is incredible, but real estate is still incredibly local and the networking events out there are often the best ways to meet local agents, attorneys, contractors, etc. 

I'm excited to get to Denver and attend the meetups and networking events!

Go network in your local REIA, and ask around for referrals. 

But some people are looking at creating two different entities and structuring it in such a way so as to be able to take advantage of the tax arbitrage in rates.These are all things you will want to discuss with your attorney and CPA.

My husband and I have searched, called, interviewed... and still can’t find a CPA that meets our needs.We are a military family with three investment properties and hopes of flipping soon.The CPA we finally found last year charged us $1,200 to do our taxes and my husband had to re-do them because she missed things.Help!
