Is Air bnb an option for the winter then go back to long term rental if you don’t like air bnb.

It can be dangerous to your health if you don't air out the property completely. 

We do always require a background check, credit check, and eviction history (we take apps through Cozy), as well as requiring first month's rent + damage deposit (equal to a month's rent).

I've used Cozy for almost 2 years, I love it.  

ESPECIALLY considering that you need to do smoke/odor mitigation throughout the same air compartment. 

This house needed a facelift to the exterior, new windows, new roof, central heat and air update, kitchen and bath/full interior update, and some tree services and light landscape updates. 

Me being a noob at this, I will definiely want to put some time aside to bounce some questions off of you, primarily, how in the hell do I get set up on Cozy to do all of this?

Our Lakehouse neighbors drain their hot water tanks & try to blow out the lines with compressed air.

A little over two years ago I bought my first property, the second I walked into this cozy 1300sqft 3bed single-family with a detached two-car garage I knew what I wanted to do!
