I can find the broke and impatient all I want at convenience stores and sports bars.Something to be said about paying for a service. 

Seems convenient that the homes are not owned/maintained by me.

Renovations throughout (paint, windows, cleaning, conveniences added like switches to lights instead of string pulls).

I would look at it as will the ability to have more people want to rent it overcome the convenience of close.

I live out of state so online is more convenient. 

I've taken multiple trips and you always see people out there because of the convenience of location.  

It happened twice & they haven't overloaded it since as it was conveniently down mid-winter for 3 weeks, "waiting for parts".

Or hire a service and pay them a few thousand to do it for you all nice and convenient-like, and then squabble with your neighbor about who owes what.

That's not a light switch one turns on and off for convenience.
