Lots of headaches and no education about how to do it the right way, by knowing how make money when you buy through analyzing the market trend, sub-markets, comps, etc.

BP is fun but there is a limit to the amount of education you want to give your direct competition.. 

Education should be viewed as the value it provides you but you need to be prepared to work hard once you have the knowledge.

Best/first thing to do is get educated.

For now I'd be looking to use it just for research purposes, and will be looking to expand my use of the license in the next year or so (long story short)With my education and career experience I could qualify for the Managing Broker license.

Of what I recall I think the material they test over is about the same, I don't recall though if there are different requirements in continuing education or other things like that.
