I believe he's an Alderman for the Dells area and manages at least 2 STR properties in the area.

I searched for turnover answers but some of the posts were either old, or did not have exactly what I was looking for.

I started leasing to her about 9 years ago and the rent rate is way underpriced based on the market.

If the leak is due to the software I would switch to a bigger more national brand instead of some company that is smaller and has the ability to have cyber issues.
