Our cleaning fee is a little more than our cleaning costs to account for consumables  By doing things like this we exceed expectations.

I'm guessing that's because too many people didn't follow through on the "keep quiet after 10pm" rule and they ended up with fines etc.

I charge around $70/hour, I set my clients up on a flat amount per month though.

I have read I need to set up a business account and not to co-mingle funds so I am working on that.

@James McGovernI really don't see any up front angle on this situation.  

The prices have gone up so much that is the only reason it is tough to find good cash flow houses.

As a new real estate investor this is simply too large a project for me to try and tackle, but I know this forum is full of quality investors who care about their tenants and are always looking for a deal!
