Hi guys, I’ve bought my first STR home, and in 2 weeks got it furnished, met neighbors, found someone to “emergency manage’ and clean as I’ll be long distance, now all that’s left is my city- required safety inspection and a few more organizational things.

The goal is to acquire cash flowing rental property and scale as fast as possible.

Starting to figure out how to find a rental property with positive cash flow, It looks very challenging to find a property. 

I spent the next 16 months trying to find more deals to cash flow via buy and hold or BRRRR and couldn't do that as interest rates started to rise.
