So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

My questions are:How do we legally set our agreement and protect our business? 

It looks live ARV will be around 275k-300k.My question is, when starting out is hard money the way to go? 

@Michael Hearn2 questions right back at you.1. you state you would "put [the proceeds from the sale] toward the new mortgage" - and i get the temptation to do that with what seems like a high interest rate. 

Anyone have any thoughts on these questions above?

Don't be surprised if the first call is they asking a ton of questions, but compared to lenders I've worked with in the past, it's a great approach.
