The problem is that you don't seem to listen and understand as you you are so self-centered.

Lakeland and Winter Garden FL are two great markets with companies like amazon building distribution centers and a growing defense workforce.

It's 5 miles from an $85 million cyber center that is currently under construction, and will also be bringing significant growth to the area.

But, it looks like 2x6 joists, and the “missing” wall is not in the center of the house, and it's not sagging, and there’s no cracked drywall, I personally wouldn't give it another thought.  

Don't forget that Amazon is planning on 2 distribution centers to go in Euclid, OH in the near future bringing thousands of jobs. 

Totally anecdotal but take it for what it's worth.I would go call center. 

They use the coin ops and use their "laundry alcove" for additional storage.I don't look on the coin ops as a profit center. 

Simply put together  .. whatever you do "Be Unique" and find a way to differentiate from mass population ...Also just for fun...suggest that you walk into your schools career service center and ask them starting salary by degree from your school and let the data guide you :) ......just my 2 cents. ....

All the items you are requesting could take up an extraordinary amount of time when you do purchase something versus existing local buyers to the market who can act today and are ready to buy.If I had a buyer say they wanted to buy a 10 million dollar retail center but wanted me to educate them on the space for 1 year it would be a non-starter.
