You are still super young and you can have a very long and successful career if you stick with it and stay consistent on one particular area of real estate.

@JoeKim - the question isn't "Is the PM making too much money", but rather how much money can YOU make in the time it takes the PM to handle the advertising,  fielding the phone calls, showing the property, screening tenants, etc.?

Fielding phone calls and going to look at the houses are the biggest time investments but the ROI can be really good.
