I have a fresh 30' trench in one of our properties at the moment to remove the cast iron pipe under the slab.If you are unsure, call your city water and sewer service and ask for a line locate.

The walls are spotless and fresh.

Some vinyl planks also have the "click lock" mechanism and they install just like laminate or engineered wood.Even many high end condos in Manhattan are using vinyl planks now, don't let the term vinyl fool you, some brands are 3 times more expensive than hardwood floor, eg: the AMTICO brand cost about $10 per sq footThere are more affordable ones and look and feel just like natural wood floors, check out Allure vinyl planks on home depot.Something to consider....BTW, I love hardwood floor for the kitchen , so good choice :)

Simple.Just so happened that the owner was selling the last of a flag ship brand.

Then there are also those deals on one street over where the market wont pay more than $75 or $80 even if it's all brand new.  

On the bright side, now you have a brand new sewer line!

The amount of dust and fibers and just plain YUK that's being kicked into the air is annoying, particularly as I'm finding it in my fresh paint now and it's really pissing me off.  

If the appliance is covered and they cannot fix it, then they will cover the cost of the replacement (brand new too)!

I don't know any wholesalers around here, I'm  brand new, really want to learn and get some hands on training with someone who is willing to train me.
