I expect to be able to pay off the 2nd unit within 4-6 years because I work in commission and get high bonuses on occasion. 

Does anyone have an updated blank purchase or sales agreement that I can use?

This guy does commercial short sales on occasion and is really good at it, but I ask because I'm considering channeling his efforts toward more lucrative endeavors while I market for leads.

For one particular contractor whom I love but is terribly understaffed I have printed out blank invoice templates, they have the sheet on site and fill it out as they go (hours/job etc.)

So why would I want to give them a blank check to incompetent individuals??

We are just getting started and have a blank slate to work with at this point.

I can remember on several occasions that the first deal looked like the best deal at the time and after digging deeper it was a bad deal and a better one presented itself.
