Michael,I would track down the bigger players in your area and go into their office or a meet up.  

One thing I love about bigger pockets, is that we can network with people that are on his level.  

Then miraculously, they find the resources to bring their account current, be it from friends, family, savings, etc.

Some of my basic requirements for broker sponsorship:- Accepts part time agents- Has an branch office located in Spring/Woodlands - Caters to investors/ has personal real estate investments - Has the latest systems, technology resources, and training in place and available for part-time agents.PRIVATE Message me if you or someone you know would be interested.

I guess I started more motivated as I began listening to bigger pockets and audiobooks this last spring.

Not sure where you are in your RE journey, but if newer, it's an even bigger benefit as they'll guide you along the way, even make intros.
