However, during the summer, their bathroom sink started leaking due to a faulty faucet and didn't tell me for 1 month.

It's skin care, so we were thinking of placing 1 mini-facial per guest in the bathroom for them to use if they want.

Or does this seem like a straight-forward, fix the ventilation issue in the bathroom to avoid the moisture build up that leads to the mold?
