Just another drawback to CFD, is the fact the seller can still encumber the property even further voluntarily, or have have liens attach and then be unable to come up with the money to cover everything and can't close at you contract price.

Well I'm still completely bummed out about this deal (I know you're not supposed to get attached to a property but I did!!)

Is this bad that I used "homes" due to people attaching more sentimental value to the word than houses?

Here are the facts:House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, attached 2 car garage, 1,700+ ft..Owner purchased a few years ago at $105K, current Zillow value is $75K, the house is free and clear.

The way I believe it's suppose to go and from what she (the realtor/broker) told me is she will be attaching her fee onto the contract to the buyer.

I bought a 2,400 sq ft 2br house with three living areas and turned the second living into a master suite with attached bath.

I will definitely be attaching one to my profile.

Also, you're banking on the seller not defaulting on any existing loans, and not creating any new debts, liens, judgments, etc. that will attach to the property for the next 20 years.
