I had to sit down to really think about what I wanted after retirement and I want passive income.

Looks like there are some active REIAs in my area, so I'll try to start getting involved with those, in addition to keeping an eye on FB.

I reviewed other market conditions (population growth, median household income, etc.) and I ended up passing up on this deal since it didn't have a population growth over the past 2 years. 

However one has $3,700/mth in income while the other has $1,875/mth.
