I would like to know how many total hours a good self manager is involved in coordinating handyman, placing ad/signs, handling emails/phone calls, verifying employement/references, showing properties, movin in walkthrrough, chasing checks and etc...

Here is something I've noticed when working with contractors -- the little guys mostly never have a website, let alone advertising except for some quick little Craigslist ad, some don't have business cards, etc.

I would recommend adding a profile picture, I think it helps build the sense of community here at BP and enhance member interaction.

Removing it is simply torture for me, which is why I have removed myself from that task, I feel like I added 10 years onto my life by making that decision.
