Mine charges me random amounts - could be $50 to assemble a piece of furniture (reasonable) but then $30 to hang a picture (1 nail!).

I would say stay away from any expensive mastermind groups unless there are actual networking events and you are desperate to leave your W2 to become a wholesaler/flipper because thats his focus.

My wife and I just did a spreadsheet on the expenses and thanks to the low interest rate, the tax deduction we get on the interest, the loan principle pay down (due to the low 2.78% mortgage) and the AirBnB income....it is actually more economical to say put than to sell, take a huge loss, and then buy a house worth say $700K at current rates.

If you stopped being angry and actually took the time to READ my response, you would have realized that I said the exact opposite i.e. you are being truthful and that OP should take your post into consideration.The part where I said, "At this stage of the game, you will see many folks flogging the turnkey property dog" and notice how you WERE NOT flogging the turnkey dog courtesy of your bad experiences.
