I know they're cracking down in New York in regards to subletting and  airbnb period and that is another major concern.

In Asia 30 years ago, the actual bank run happened because "the owner" is really fleeing a country with his private jet full of actual physical money (just like a drug dealer in narco movie). 

I had the line checked / hydro jetted and inside the crawl the pipes look to be in good shape but the camera revealed the lines out to the sewer are basically non existent.

Is it legal to find and connect with buyers before finding a seller and getting the property under contract? And should I have a contract on hand before contacting a seller ?
