Colorado's lax legalization has led to a big bump in prices lately, due to the sudden jump in demand (and stores in Colorado had to have something to sell day 1 of legalization), but when local supply there catches up, prices will fall again.

Kimberly Land If you ask for the tenant's application that's on file and its not provided to you by the current owner I would supply my own application(s) and insist that each applicant age 18 and over complete it for you.

With the equal right to end the relationship if either party is out of line.Maybe you can get away with chest-thumping BS if you have an endless supply of potential tenants who have never heard of you.

I called national lenders to try and get a traditional 30 year mortgage but was told that, due to federal regulations on fees relative to amount of loan, they couldn't offer a 30 year mortgage less than about 100K and only 15 year mortgages between 50-100K.
