I am going to kind of disagree with what is being said hereIf I were you I wouldn't even consider getting a real estate license because having a real estate license doesn't make getting real estate deal any easier, it will cost you money and your liability goes way up compared to being a regular investor.You don't need to learn anything more!

As far as wholesales go I've read and heard about a "master list"; how does one create this list, who do you have on it and why, where do you find these individuals at, how often does this list get updated?

That makes me think that at least the advice I get by setting up an appointment with an attorney included in legalzoom's service would in fact be legal advice tailored to my own situation (and therefore come along with the same kind of liability and hopefully E&O that a regular real estate attorney would).

Are they open to regular people like me or do they require membership?

I believe the PMI premium is NOW tax deductible, so make sure you do it.However, this was an update on FHA mortgages we got earlier this year but I am not sure if the legislation was actually passed.

We also have 3 employees and I would also like them to have access to this same system.So for example if anyone adds a new contact and they just finished a call with that contact as soon as they enter the details of what was discussed I would want it updated for everyone to see.Any suggestions would be much appreciated.Thanks for your time and I am looking forward to your replies.Have a great day.
